Privacy policy

Redraft is a one-person website redesign studio in Boise, Idaho. This page explains what I collect when you use this site, why, and what happens to it.

What I collect

When you request a free concept, the form sends me:

  • Your business name and current website address
  • Your name and email address
  • Your phone number and website platform, if you choose to give them
  • Anything you write in the notes box

To keep out spam, the form runs an automated check through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and basic browser details for that check only.

The site counts visits and button clicks with privacy-friendly analytics that don't use cookies and don't identify you.

How I use it

Only to reply to your request: to look at your current website, build your homepage concept, and email or call you about it. I don't add you to a newsletter, and I don't sell, rent, or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.

Where it's kept

Your request is stored in my lead tracker (Airtable) and in my email inbox. A confirmation email is sent through Resend. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Each of these services stores data on my behalf under its own security and privacy terms.

How long I keep it

If we don't end up working together, I delete your request within 24 months. If you become a client, I keep project records for as long as I need them for the work, taxes, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask me to show you, correct, or delete what I have about you at any time. Email contact@redraftweb.com and I'll do it within 30 days. If you'd rather I didn't follow up about your concept, just say so and I won't contact you again.

Children

This site is for business owners and isn't directed at children under 13. I don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
